CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

We respect your time and reserve appointments just for you. Please review the following:

  1. Standard Window: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email.

  2. Late Cancellations: Changes made within 24 hours may incur a late-cancellation fee of $25 or forfeiture of any deposit (if applicable).

  3. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, the full session fee (or deposit) may be charged. Future bookings may require prepayment.

  4. Arriving Late: If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate within the remaining time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time and fees remain unchanged.

  5. How to Reschedule: Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email or reply to the email at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not see the link, email us at info@smartandsafeconsultinggroup.com.

  6. Illness & Emergencies: If you or your child are ill or an urgent situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible. We allow one courtesy waiver of fees at our discretion per client per year.

  7. Weather & Safety (In-Person): For in-person sessions in Grenada, MS and nearby, we may adjust schedules for severe weather or safety concerns. We will notify you by email/text and offer the next available time or a virtual option.

  8. Virtual Sessions: Please check your Zoom/phone connection 5 minutes before. If technical issues prevent a session, we will attempt to complete by phone or reschedule promptly.
